Has José been engineering his own sacking?

When Mons mentioned it - i had if I'm honest been thinking the same thing.

He's not a stupid man he knows the powers that be wont be pleased with his behaviour. Yet it's been getting worse not better.

I've tried to convince myself "siege mentality". But i can't.

He wants the £37 million payoff so he can lie on a beach in the Bahamas for the next four years.

But seriously though of course he's not Flash. What possible reason would he have for turning himself into a laughing stock and putting a huge dent in his reputation as arguably the world's best manager ?

if he continues to behave as he has done, surely he'd be in breach of contract, therefore forfeiting any payoff? Surely if his behaviour leads to numerous bans/ fans then Chelsea would be in the right to sack him without compensation? You'd imagine all clubs would cover themselves with certain clauses.

Chelsea's season started going pear-shaped pretty early on. It's not iinconceivable to think that Jose would rather be sacked than be labled as the manager that took them from Champions to mid-table, or worse.

necessary article on match day, hoping we lose i suspect, so you and mons are proven right

Mons is a moron don't fall that way

Obviously not at the start, but over the last month or so he does seem on a bit of a suicide mission.

It is plausible that at some point he just cracked and gave up because everything just seemed to be unravelling and getting worse. Knowing you'd get £37mil wouldn't hurt as a little subliminal message either.

We've all been in situations at work where you just say f^ckit, it's not worth it.

L.O you're bang out of order claiming i hope we lose. I'm asking the question because i think its possible.

I don't agree with everything the PM does either. Does that mean i hope he makes catastrophic decisions that harm UK thus proving me right?

You're a fool if you think the answer to that question is yes. And its the same with José.

I first attended the Bridge in 1983. My first Manager is still the longest serving in my lifetime. I'd like to see José beat that. But nothing he's done this season suggests to me he wants to. Not even signing a new contract because the owner can afford to release him from it.

I'm sorry but anyone who believes that idiot Mons and believes that he's trying to get sacked is a cretin of the highest standards

I honestly think this is a possibility. His behaviour is ridiculous.

Jose Mourinho loves Chelsea, and desires more than anything (family apart) to be for Chelsea what Alex Ferguson was to MU.
If you have a chance to meet him he would tell you himself.

I say we stick by him then! I keep changing my mind but my gut is telling me that he needs support this time around and not chucking away. I hope I'm right! But he needs to cut out the embarrassing interviews.. Just be gracious for once. Don't say anything about the referees and just congratulate the other team and finish the interview.
