good morning folks.
I have a question to ask. I am not a solicitor or HR manager. can someone explain why football club needs to pay full compensation to theirs managers if they get fire please. imagine to work for a company as a sales manager. y are hire to do some job. your duties is to achieve certain sales target every month, represent the company on behave as best you can because the company you work for is well know brand globally. First year you had excellent result, you achieved company target which you obviously get some special bonuses as your contract said. following year your yearly sales target is down to 60 percent in first quarter of the year, you making a bad name for your company by your action, PR is getting from bad to worse, your own sales team has clearly a problem to work with you. your behaviour and action is getting on headlines all over newspaper across the country. your company name is getting bad reputation. you personally getting some fines here and there from whole sort of authorities so company decided to fired you for continuous misconduct. why on earth the football mangers you get paid in full. I truly believe if Chelsea go head to head to court for not pay him a full 4 years salary if he get sack we will win. I don't personally see any reason why any club should pay. normal employees will get a probation period witch will lead to full employment resp contract job for specific length period.
any explanation how those thinks works in football world and why legal system would allaw such a think.
btw I did read that Chelsea added a clause in Jose contract before they resign him after fiasco few years ago.

In employment law "bringing the company into disrupute" is notoriously hard to prove.

Imagine a Millwall manager, a team proud that everyone hates them, what could a manager say or do to worsen thier reputation? Of course that is an extreme example, but you see the point.

I find it hilarious that now results are bad Chelsea fans find Mou's behaviour to be unacceptable. Before it was awesome "how he wound up rival fans"
Couldn't make it up really

I will speak for my self, I never wanted jose back, yes he is good manager no doubt, I knew he would bring some trophies back to SB however I may have a different values as another Chelsea fans. I would never accept such a childish ad arrogant acting like that. Chelsea football club is well know brand and I would expect from people who for for my company represent me either off or on the pitch if I pay such a big bugs. I believe with a more class we could have more fans witch ultimately gives you more income. Continuous searching for enemy will gives you a headache after a while. No one want to work in such a an environment. Look Carlo during his spell. Firstly we played some great football, secondly we greatly improved our PR under him no doubt, other teams weren't that hungry to beat us bcouse we weren't number one hating club in England as it is now.bu been nmber one enemy in England will give other club better motivation against us, more difficle for players bcouse u need to performe more and that's leads to more an more think, the way I see it i rather be on good terms with everyone, less they want to beat you lol. with jose in charger is immposibe. he always looking for enemy, referee, arsen wegner, doctor, fans, media etc. its all about his ego until everyone wants nothing to do with him. he is a short term manager. its not coincidence that he lost dressing room in RM or Chelsea, the same story.

So if we suck up to other teams they won't want to beat us as much??
Sorry but that's total BS.
Teams want to beat us because we are current Champions of England. That's what happens when you're Champion.
The problem is that our players haven't risen to that challenge this season and haven't looked interested in doing so.
Seems to me that going into this season we had far too many players that thought that they could just ruck up and coast through this season having already won the title last season.

Wasn't King Kenny sacked after winning your last trophy?
Brendan was never in danger of getting sacked after 'winning stuff'

It never seemed to matter who was manager at Stamford Bridge, the team had the continuity and desire to keep winning things. Just sack him and see what happens.
