I'm no lawyer but this page clearly states something that should have Chuckle's contract ripped up....
http://www.out-law.com/page-11129
"A director should not be personally involved in their own service agreement and remuneration package.
This means that they should not be responsible for preparing or instructing the company’s lawyers in relation to their own contract and should not be involved in the company’s decision making about their own service agreement/remuneration."
He will have to prove then that he had no involvement in preparing that contract, or will Rangers have to prove that he did have an involvement?
How does this work?
P.S. Sorry for bringing it up again...
Green's contract....

The one that intrigues me is Imran ! He said that he'd been promised immunity if he returned to Scotland. That can only mean that he's a witness......now, his testimony would be very interesting !!!

If of course he's not lying too !!! But, his name has disappeared from the charges so there may be more to come.

If there is corroborating evidence to counter his lies it won't matter.
