To be fair, we overstocked on no.10's leaving the rest of the squad with Torres upfront and Ramires and Mikel in midfield. No chance we would have won the league without getting rid of half of them.

We had a good squad when Jose got here. I dont see how you can refute this. Over the next few seasons, Jose had made some additions and he has got rid of some players.Now if you're saying he needs to rebuild what he has made his own team then that suggest he's bought wrong.

Well the only thing you could argue he needs to rebuild is the back 4.....it is clearly the end for Terry and Brana and Cahill was never a replacement for Terry.

Having said that he let Bertrand go and he continues to have Azpi on the wrong side of the pitch and he persists with talentless players like Ramires........

We had a good squad. All Jose needed to do was make a few additions. Which he did. He did not need to rebuild the whole squad. The fact he hasnt addressed the defence whilst he was sending out our no10s through the revolving door is his fault.

So ask yourself, where are we from 3 years ago?

Players brought in by Jose: Courtois, Begovic, Matic, Costa, Fabregas, Zouma, Pedro, Remy, Baba, Luis, Salah and Cuad.

Players sold/released : Cech, Lampard, Drogba, Cole, Mata, Schurle, Luiz, KDB, Torres, Dem Ba, Louis, Salah and Cuad

From the list of players brought in, 5 are regular starters,
so,you could argue it's Joses's team. In return Jose let go a couple of flair players, so you could see what was Jose trying to do. The only area he didn't strengthen was the CB area. Maybe, if we'd brought in Stones, Pogba and Benteke, Chelsea probably wouldn't be in this position.

And I dont buy the "we won an average league with an average team tosh either...most sides have not significantly improved their squads from last term..

we didnt get our target buys..to be fair. ..but we were already far ahead of the others anyway...and won a mickey mouse pot whilst doing it
