Look he won you back to back titles under Roman millions with the most expensive squad assembled in Europe plus a FA Cup / 2 League Cups.

I will allow you his 1st season but otherwise his brand of football has not been pleasing to the eyes.
His tactics are its best when the oppositions have more procession of the ball.
This way they can pressure their opponents into making mistakes and take full advantage by exploiting the space left open.
Jose was lucky to have Terry in his squad at the time because his leadership and presence was vital into making Chelsea very difficult to score against.
He was also lucky to have Lampard. A midfielder who averaged 20 goals a season.
If you look at Chelsea record under jose, the strikers did not flourish in his system because he prefer the midfielders who were strong defensively and give him 90 minutes worth, someone like williams over a player who can open up a defence with his magic. Someone who can see a pass.
Fàbregas and Costa partnership was the exception to jose system but it was not to last. Tiredness, injuries or poor form between the duo has halted the goals spree.

There is no Lampard or Drogba to get you out of a mess. Exceptional players.
