Never an easy fixture for us and Tuesday night won't make it any easier but, wallowing in misguided optimism and secure in the knowledge that the Team will put in a shift full of skill and unbridled passion I'm going for a 2-1 scoreline , goals from Ante and Byram

He's has a virus for maybe 4 games now? Must be nasty whatever it is.
Berradi right back and Taylor left is our best combo for sure.

glandular fever can take 3 or 4 weeks to clear and leaves a normal person weak for some time after. Hopefully Taylor will be fit enough to shorten the time for recovery

Oh didn't realise he had that. It is brutal pretty much ruined Robin Solderings tennis career, kept him out for years.

Its usual 4 sufferers to lose up to 2 stone! At his age he can recover, but we wont see him for a while.

I was knackered for 1 month with it when I had it. Leaves you with no energy...he could be out for a while.

I was off work six weeks and lost two stones. Even walking to the end of the street knackered me.
Hopefully he will make a full recovery.
Nasty illness.

Not an amazing performance by either team, but everyone of our players should be proud for bringing some pride back to ER, the sheer relief from them at the end said a lot too.
And that goal - WOW

& a calm performance from Bellusci, he's miles more useful when he just gets on with it, even had a few players trying to wind him up, but just got on with it.

Most solid I've seen our defence in months, Berardi is, as Evans said, top quality. Cooper looked calm and collected, winning everything in the air. I maintain that Bellusci is a good player and he was solid tonight, didn't put a foot wrong for me and made a few really vital tackles. Wootton is so ,u have better defensively than Byram, his positioning is great and he makes up for a lack of pace by nog letting the winger past him in the first place.
