Wanderers make the long long trip this Tuesday to play Ipswich town a fixture which always brings back memories of the 2 play off clashes between the two sides at the start of the century. Kudos to anyone going taking half day off work and getting back at daft o clock, done it, its hard work. Some interesting stats. Ipswich who are 14th with a home record of w1 d4 L1 have not won any of their last 7 but drawn 5 which suggests they are draw specialists. Bolton now 22nd have lost on their last 3 trips to Portman road have drawn the most blanks in the league in not scoring in 8 games! Team news is a bit sketchy at the moment. Late fitness checks for spearing and feeney. Davies, moxey could be fit. Luke bratten and prince could come into the matchday squad, eaves, clough and silva remain long term absentees. Update-according to the bn only Clough, Silva and moxey and i presume eaves are definitely out injured tonight.

Farnworth Tunnel works are not for trains.
Will you be attending the burying of the BWFC time capsule.
You may think the tunnel is a big for that but come on safety first we have to protect football from the likes of Madine and Co for future generations who will not believe our tales of Bolton giant killing and trips abroad.
Has anybody got the number for the Milk Marketing Board I have an idea for a new ad.

Golden it turned out to be lemon tea. There were no positives from last night. I'm not chuffed at getting the score right.
Where do we go from here except down to division one. We are four points adrift at the bottom. Not something that couldn't be overcome if we had players who could score, who could defend and who had the balls to really get stuck in instead of letting their heads drop.

Nothing changes until the finances do. No point is getting at Lennon, or the players on the park, if they are the best we've got in his view(not mine) then we support them.
IMO if the best we've got cant win, then at least blood more of our youngsters, because if this goes belly up, if Eddie pulls out(somehow) then it will be the youth that take us from the bottom(where ever that might be) not utter failures like Fenny, and Madine.

I don't see how Eddie can pull out. He has too much inverted in the club and he certainly won' give the club away.
Lennon has to look to the youngsters who are putting the ball into the back of the net. They can't be any worse than what we have at present.

Superwhite - I dont see how Eddie can either, it is his investment, but even the physical colateral like the stadium must depreciate, so even a fire sale has a deminshed return over time.

Big Ed isn't stupid for somebody who has only ever had something short of 80m in his pocket to spend.
Makes you wonder how the club owes 200m dunnit.
