Are the players really burnt out?

I am not on WUM mission today. The horror shows your team is displaying is the almost identical to the season Rafa got the sack from Liverpool fc and Inter Milan.
Liverpool over achieved that season losing only 2 Premier League games, achieving doubles over Man utd and Chelsea.
People say the loss of Alonso contributed to our downfall but I Believe we overachieved the previous season and it took a lot out of the players.
Yes we lost key players but all the players from that great season went through the next season with a loss of form

Inter Milan achieved the Treble. They had overachieved compared to their previous seasons but they were unrecognisable as a team that had just won the Champions League when Rafa took over..

People will jest and point the finger at Rafa but you saw him at work in your own back yard. He is not a poor manager.
In fact he done a great job with a squad that Jose dismantled because he felt they were not good enough to win a trophy under his charge.

Rafa is at present doing a great job sitting at the top of the spanish league, unbeaten with the majority of his key players injured for most of the games leading into November

Jose overachieved last season. To be honest man to man Man City were the better team with the better squad but jose magic won Chelsea the league.
Think about it. How many world class players do you have in your squad?

You had Robben, Lampard,Terry, Čech and Drogba.

Harzard is your best player and he is only recognized as a player with huge potentials to become world class but not world class.

Yes you have good players but not to win the Premier back to back at a canter expressed by the soccer pundits early in the season.
