Just thought i'd try and clear this up for people who don't understand how it's worked out.
Sunderland valued him at £20 million, this does not mean we have paid £20million up front and obviously it doesn't mean the deal is £20million + N'gog.
If N'gog does go as part of the deal then the actual money we pay depends on N'gog's value.
Therefore, the amount we have paid is one of two numbers - 13 or 16. Valuing him at either 7 or 4 million.

Henderson looks a good buy, looks like we are going to
lose out on Enrique........to Barca................Jones..........to those at the Eastern End of the East Lancs. Why Charlie Adam? we are overloaded in Midfield now. Where is the Left Back and Winger we need. I am sure that KK has someone in mind but who???

It's £16M + N'Gog. To be honest £16M alone is too much. I would have valued him at £8M-£12M. I didn't really blame Liverpool for spending £35M on Carroll considering Torres was leaving and Suarez might have needed time to settle in England but this transfer is baffling.
