Sacking season is in full swing. 13th not good enough for relegated Rangers given that they managed to retain Charlie Austin. Warnock stepping in on a temporary basis.

I guess some will say that the sackings of two black managers in a week sends out a terrible message to young, aspiring black managers and coaches. Whilst I totally agree that we need a black manager to succeed at the highest level in the game to inspire the next generation, I really don't subscribe to positive discrimination and tokenism.
Prejudice of any kind, positive or negative is completely wrong, everyone should be judged on their merits and ability. I know that's not the way the world works but it damn well should.
Right, I shall now dismount from my moral high horse and get on with less lofty matters, namely my score predictions.

Chris Ramsey was sacked because he was incompenent. The fact he as black skin is irrevelent. I repeat he was sacked because he was incompenent. The message that sends to aspiring black managers is don't be incompenent.

I cant comment in detail on his competence RR (though his side quite competently dismantled us at our place a few weeks back!), but you'll be in a better position to judge, spot on.
I'd love for Hope Powell to be managing a team to the premier league title, but only if it were purely on merit.

Football at the Albion is a whole division better than the imaginary promotion-winning football going on at the White Elephant Stadium, aka the Custard Bowl. Steve Morgan has at last smelled the coffee, woken up and given up. Muppet Mick threw away your PL status, Clipboard Connor proved his worth as the Wolves board's unanimous choice to put the final nails into that season's coffin, Stale Bread came and went without troubling the scoreboard, Dean Saunders knew the formula for getting to the Premier League but wouldn't share the secret or else everybody would know it, and in fact it turns out he knew nothing, and now your parachute payments are ending and where has that £48 million gone? One Third Division trophy. And you're not even back to where you were six years ago. I think we'll keep Tony Pulis, thanks. You lot can only dream of having him as manager and Jeremy Peace as chairman. The Albion way indeed!

Enjoy it while you can Aries. It will all come crashing down one day. All bottom half Premier League clubs that flirt with relegation get it eventually. You will be no different.
