Happy Diwali. Just a quick bit of background: Sikhs celebrate Diwali for a completely different reason to the Hindus and usually refer to it as Bandi Chor Divas. However the principle of light and goodness is still the same. Many happy returns to anyone celebrating

Chicken dish everytime, Lamb has a strange taste for me in a curry.

If i am making my own then fish is great, i don't mean Prawns but a nice piece of Cod or sea Bass.
