According to Merson we go out not to lose football matches so how are we top of the half time league table. Surely teams who go out to win would lead at HT more then us.

Paul Merson probably thinks we are Crystal Palace as that definition is more in line with the HT table for them 1 win 12 draws 0 defeats. I didn't even realise a team had 0 defeats until I looked down and saw a huge number for draws next to Crystal Palace.
