Is he actually any good?
Can't see Dalglish selling him as he may be long term successor to Carragher but perhaps a loan?
Might be rough for him though given his previous.

Aye he's a Celtic fan. Went to my high school played in the school team a few years below me. I must say while he's obviously improved I certainly couldn't have predicted a career in professional football for him.

With Carragher, Agger, Skrtel and now Coates, he is at best 5th choice. He has shown in his time at the darkside that he is good enough for SPL and still has his best years ahead of him. Just the kind of player we should be signing.
