Reading v Bolton Wanderers

Wanderers return to action today after a turbulent 2 weeks where off field matters have dominated. Today we have some actual football to talk about as 2nd from bottom Bolton head to the madejski stadium to play 8th placed reading who have had their own troubles with manager Steve Clarke been on the brink of quitting for the fulham job. It does not look good for bolton. 1 win in 16 and only 10 goals scored all season. Also Bolton have only scored in only 2 out of 8 league games. Team news. Moxey, Silva, Clough, eaves out long term, dobbie, madine, mavies and walker all have knocks and may or may not be available. Prince is also a doubt after a week of toing and growing between Bolton and Paris. Expecting Lennon to shuffle his pack again today with a possible recall for dervite and danns maybe twardzik for casado after an erratic performance against Bristol city.

We scored a goal!?
I've been busy for most of the second half, how have we been looking?

No points yet again.

We are going down unless we are taken over and some money to spend in January.

I'm cooking so I'm going to prep up. Enjoy the rest of your weekend if you can.

Got to put it in over 90 plus whatever injury time added. Good team this in 10 minute spells. Needing a miracle on and off the pitch now.

Thanks again Benny for your efforts🤗

I haven't followed an away game now for months because I'd rather just have the 2 minutes after checking the score ruined than most of the afternoon.

Our losing record is bizarrely not the worst in the division - it's turning those draws we've had into wins namely those dour 0-0 where we've either missed darn good chances to snatch it or missed penalties.

At the moment I'd settle for a takeover and a total and complete rebuild starting in league 1. In a similar way Southampton did. Note though that it took them a couple of goes to start getting back up.

Also, the Warburton's have put their money in. £2million was pushed in last season. Not bad for a company who've always said they will not push money into a football club for the sake of it.

T M P - They can't continue to be on the board unless they make a contribution. 🤑

Even if they put the names on the shirt as sponsorship. I do feel though despite having a member on board they would not step in to stop the club going down the pan
