Well Done!

Fair play to Leicester City, this time last year bottom of PL, today TOP!!!

Yes Nev, stop making snide comments and I won't respond and therefore we won't have arguments. Simple really! Same with BS but at least he admitted he was just trying to wind me up. We have no issues.

Any opposing fans that have disagreed, whilst respecting my opinions, have found very different responses to those calling me deluded and writing our players off when they actually have no basis to do so because they haven't actually seen them play.

There's no smoke without fire and the WBA and Spurs fans irritated me enough to say what I thought. You didn't see that and backed them instead but it was them that started the insults so you should blame them but nah!

Lets be honest arro..................................................You have wound up a lot of people with your comments, especially those regarding Messi & Ronaldo not being wanted at Leicester because the would not improve the team at all.

As I have already said Leicester are doing fantastically well, and I hope they keep it up because it is good not only for the PL but also inspirational for other clubs to see an "unfashionable" club (not insulting) to be at the top of the PL.

However it is how Leicester perform over the next 6-7 games that will define whether Leicester have what it takes to sustain their current situation and staying in the top 4-6 clubs in the PL.

You play United (H), Swansea, (A) Chelsea, (H) Everton (A) Liverpool (A) Man City (H) Bournemouth (H) Spurs (A)

These are all very difficult games for you, with one you should win comfortably, the other games might be too difficult to call at this stage because we don't know which teams will be in form in a few weeks time.

However Chelsea should get back to some sort of stability soon, hopefully after next Sunday United whilst not pretty seem to be grinding results out both home & away.
City are a bit of an enigma, you never know which team is going to turn up on the day. They are either brilliant or blatantly bad.

Swansea are always difficult at The Liberty Stadium. Whilst playing either Everton or Liverpool away is always going to be tough, and after Bournemouth you travel to play us & that again will be a tough game for you.

Football is about character & I must admit Leicester have showns bags of it so far this season & I hope you continue to surprise teams (except us of course)

At the very least, the next 6-7 will be interesting

It's not the fixture list that worries me most, it's the timing of playing these teams that concerns me. I fear we'll be playing them all at the wrong time as they're settling and improving.

But then again, who wants to play us at the minute?

Defeats will be fine, just not a long string. I'd be happy with 6-7 more points before the turn of the year. At least one win with 3 or 4 draws would be brilliant

Firstly, I appreciate your article and I'm enjoying the praise we're getting from other fans, the media and pundits. Watching Merson talk about our performance at Newcastle was brilliant.

With regards to my opinions on Ronaldo and Messi winding people up, do you not see a problem with that? Why can't i have an opinion without it winding people up? Why can't people just respect my opinion instead of getting wound up by it?

I'd suggest that would be the right thing to do and hopefully what you do in your real life when you encounter people who have a different opinion? That's basic respect as far as I'm concerned and I don't understand why hiding behind a phone or a keyboard should make you behave any differently?

As for our next few games, I really don't think United will fancy playing us at all. We'll be well up for it and United will have to be at their best to stop us and I'm not sure they have that kind of Arsenal like perfomance in them at the moment.

Swansea are well beatable and I fancy us to win that too.

Chelsea have to travel to Israel and Spurs, which I'm sure they will lose. Spurs clearly are better than ive given credit for so I'll hold my hands up there. Great win last night and another two for Kane. Fair play 👏

Then they play Bournemouth which they should win and then I think they'll lose to Porto. I don't see any kind of rhythm developing between now and playing us and I wouldnt be surprised if we beat them. They won't like playing us either.

Everton and Liverpool I think we can get a point from each and City? Who knows but a point isn't out of the question and a defeat would be easy enough to accept.

We're getting better and the performance against Newcastle is what we're capable of when we attack from the first whistle and not use the first half as a tactical practice session. We have no need to sit back because we're a lot more dangerous when we're applying pressure than we are on the break. It was 72% percent of our goals scored in the second half until we scored one in the first and two in the second. This shows that we score when we have the ball not when we sit back and counter.

This is how we played in the last nine games of last season, games were won by half time because teams couldn't cope with the pressure and we were clinical. This is what we're capable of when we play on the front foot, I just want us to do it every game not just some. We sat back in the second half and kept clean sheets comfortably because at two or three nil down, there's not a lot of fight left in most teams. We should do this for the remainder of the season and they should all be confident enough to play that way, including Ranieri. I hope!

I think we will continue to surprise people in the coming weeks and I know I'm a brave man for saying it but we're a lot better than many give us credit for. We are a massive threat for any team and only a top perfomance is going to beat us.
