Managers need time. You cannot keep chopping and changing and expect players to perform.

In an ideal world it shouldn't bother them but the reality is changing managers every couple of months knocks the stuffing, morale and heart from a club.

Get rid of the owner, then lets discuss coach and players.

If you look at it we have signed at least on paper some good players. At least better than the dross over the last few years.

Yorkie, tonight Evans disagrees with you:

"I don't think we have that many good players and we certainly don't have many very good players at this level."

Worse start for Evans to his first 8 league games than Rosler.

Jonty, Evans may be right but Redfearn and Thompson got a lot out of a similar team last heart before Cellino took over.

Point is any coach or players brought in are pointless until we get rid of this owner.

Yorkie I agree re owner, just think its a stupid thing for a manager, sorry, coach, to say about his players in public.

He's only saying what we're all thinking - it's all played out in public so why the hell shouldn't he say it in public given he's nothing to lose - they're not doing it for him when he protects them so what's the risk? Either way if results don't improve he goes; if the risk pays off he might, just might, get the reaction he's looking for...

Mowatt has a nice free kick in his arsenal but there isn't much else there. Aunty Lucy has the odd moment of attacking flair but not enough and he's too greedy. Woods is too wooden, Belushi is too much of a Bell and Sylvestri too much of a diva.
Erwin is probably our best poacher but he doesn't get time, same applies to Botaka.

Agree Jonty. I don't see how a comment such as that can help.

Wood is a joke, he misses every flipping chance, he's too heavy and constipated like his name.

Don't agree at all with you, fans are paying their hard earned money and end up see useless overpaid novices playing for Leeds. Don't blame us, get a grip man.

Fans can pay all the hard earned money that they want to pay, but if they turn up for every game expecting a loss then that will translate to the players who will, most probably, lose. It's a vicious circle.

If we got behind them more and showed that we trust them to win games, and concentrate on them and not the off field politics then they will play better.

I'm not saying Leeds fans are bad, but there is a reason that the players no longer seem confident enough to win games at Elland Road.
