Sorry to see that your excellent and charismatic manger has gone to QPR. Unfortunately it's a fact of life that successful managers in the lower leagues are sought after by higher league teams. I've seen it with my own team, Macari, Ardiles and Hoddle being prime examples. I hope that whoever comes in, and there will be a lot of able applicants, continues to deliver success for you and that your outstanding start to the season carries on.
