Wenger said 3 maybe 4 months so wouldn't say rest of season though a massive chunk of it. He'll want to come back asap for Euros

If he can fine 1, yes it's a must. There is no way we can rely on Wilshere being fit for the rest of the season.

The big problem Wenger has, is having players that don't stay fit as we all Know. You see if he goes out and buys another good CM and then everybody returns (unlikely) his overloaded in midfield. He need to make better decisions in off loading the more injury prone midfielders in the summer and I mean BIG decisions.
