Haven't heard anything in ages about this. Getting nervous.

Last season in the prem he scored 8 times in 32 games- A ratio of one in 4, thats not too bad to be fair.
My concern would be that his work rate isn't the best and us City fans like to see players that are giving 100% and get annoyed with players that don't.

His work rate is good. You clearly haven't seen him since he left leeds

Crazy decision to let the lad go for a paltry fee in todays market. He's a good striker & we were short in that area anyway, the young Argie is unproven at our level & we're now even weaker in the striking dept than we were to start with. The Yak is off as well, so unless there's a late late replacement, I'm disgusted at this sale

What is the fee for Beckford reported to be?

Also, the lad Hernandez was unproven and unknown before his arrival at OT. That didn't work out half bad for them.

Moyes loan players normally turn out okay too. Arteta, Howard, Pienaar.

£4M & sorry PJ's this is a terrible decision imo.

Beckford's goals vs mins on the pitch record for last season was the best in the PL. Moyes clashed with him, he wasn't part of the 'clique', so Moyes has blown him out for personal not footballing reasons imo. When added to the Yaks departure, this is a mad decision. I genuinely fear for us this season now, we've not got enough goals in the squad. £4M vs relegation?

I agree his play with Saha was excellent. A little shocked by the move as I thought he had settled.

Let's trust Moyes on this other guy and the nightmares he will give Kamara when he is covering our games
