Have you seen anywhere near enough of Darmian in a back 3 to suggest this?

Shaw also isn't a wingback, he's a full back, very different. Valera has played 1 game for us, far too early to make any predictions.

5 at the back has also not been particularly successful so overall I would say this is a terrible idea.

Yeah looks good, personally not that bothered about Stones though. Good on the ball but not convinced he's as good as some claim. Still young though.

Varane would be my first choice but can't see Madrid selling. Not sure Marquinhos is as great as cracked up to be either.

Stones has look good the few times I have seen him this season although if we could get Gimenez from Atletico for cheaper than Stones he would be my first choice.

Moss - Has Godin been playing this season and if so has he been as great as the last few seasons ?
What of Laporte anyone ?

Godin is first choice next to either Savic or Gimenez and has been playing really well to be honest, his lack of pace and age are a bit of a worry though.
