Trotter signs up for another months loan

I am sure he would rather be with us than his parent club atm.
Useful to have until the returning players get up to speed

He clearly wants to play for DF. Wouldn't be surpised if he got signed up till the end of the season in Jan. Useful cover to be fair but behind a number of others in the queue and he must know it.

Hopefully Cohen will be playing by the new year, he's aiming for the FA cup game against QPR to return to the squad, so we won't need Trotter after that, but in fairness to him, he's been better than I expected. Not sure he'd start many games if we signed him until the end of the season.

I thought that under FFP we were only allowed 24 in the squad and I think that all 24 places are taken at the moment.
If Cohen comes back into the squad then that would leave Trotter out in the cold so I don't think that having him on loan until the end of the season would be of any use to us or him, unless DF feels that he needs him and then someone else has to drop out of the squad.

Is Cohen already included in the 24? I assumed he was, so maybe this will be Trotter's last month to make room?

Williams loan finishes in jan so that would free up a space

One that isn't being used that much Basingstoke. I can't quite understand it as DF is apparently a fan of Williams.
We have more midfield options starting to come back and once we get a couple more up to full fitness, I can't see that Trotter should really get a look in

Ebicillio hasn't set the world alight, that's for sure. Hasn't he been subbed, from coming on as a sub, twice already. Not sure if we have him the whole season, though.
Agree re Williams. Let's hope CP let us keep hold of him a little longer.

"What about this Ebicillio chap - doesn't seem to have really done anything - time to release him I think"
If we can of course
