So far he's doing enough to warrant making it 20. Personally I'd like to see the 20th year before he goes but that's because I have some OCD thing about leaving odd numbers

Wenger should stay to oversee the next manager transition. And it will be a left field appt as it was in 1996,.with Wengers Appt. The next manager will be interviewed with scrutiny to establish his long termism. I would like to see the groundwork for that starting in 2016 for maybe a 17-18 start. The Arsenal way is stability long termism and a successful business plan. I believe we will be on the cusp of a long sustained run of success if this model is put into action.
