Gonna break the mould here and say I am not a fan of these types of threads etc and thought I would say it when it concerns a Rangers player so I don't get accused of being bitter
I think the world has gone crazy with this type of reaction when someone dies now and it all really started with Princess Di
Of course it is sad that he died, it is sad when anybody dies but it wont affect me one iota (and I don't mean that in any bad way) and the whole social media grief when someone dies is a bit OTT IMO
Having three posts today on the same subject sort of sums up what I am trying (and most probably failing) to say

In fairness this was the first one. I can't be held accountable for eck and esc not checking the forum before they post.
I agree it won't change my life but I'd suggest it's sad and newsworthy when a former player dies.

The Guy was shot through the head with 18 entry and exit wounds ffs

I agree with what you are saying Curly..
Its tragic what has happened to Peralta, that goes without saying.
I'm sure the club will respond to this news in some way.
For me, that'd be enough
Seeing fellow bears changing their facebook profile pictures to Arnold Peralta tributes and stuff like that, for me, that's a bit cringey

Having lived in Honduras for 4 years this kind of thing happens all the time. La Ceiba is a beautiful place and I have spent many a good evening in the bars and clubs there. I am not sure of the circumstances but the poverty in that country is such that if someone wanted him killed they could pay someone $100, life is that cheap there...
Very, very sad. Soy Catracho!!
