As we were yo-yoing between the leagues, every time we went down, laughing at Newcastle as you relegated them on the last day of the season.Well it looks like the chickens have well and truly come home to roost this time around, most will know I've waited for the last 5-6 years for this one sweet, triumphant, juicy moment and it's now inevitable!
I want to see major blubbing,a blubfest in fact once that trapdoor swings open on your final game in the Premier League for a very long time to come!
Revenge is sweet and a dish best served absolutely stone cold like this will be,I'm rubbing my hands and licking my lips in anticipation of the big event!
In fact I intend to make a DVD of villa fans crying their eyes out,to play over and over again whenever I'm feeling down,I'm even thinking of holding a relegation party, hiring an open top bus to drive me around Birmingham city centre, with Champagne and dancing girls to celebrate the almighty drop for villa!
Revenge will be very sweet indeed my friends...
The City is ours, massive massive SOTV!
All those years laughing at Blues...

Though I don't want to gloat (too much) we were never as bad in the PL as you lot are now (which actually comes as a bit of a shock).
There is also a tendency for some to seem to think (or at least previously) "we are too big to go down".
That is never the case.
You are in good company with Chelsea in the doldrums (though it would be a long shot to say they've a good chance of being relegated) unfortunately there are not so many teams around you that are much worse than you or even on a par.
As such the inevitable looms.
The championship is incredibly difficult to get out from, though balloon payments will benefit those who fall, so whoever goes this season will have a better chance of returning than those already there.
Maybe that's RL's plan; take the payments, off load the players, get some more return, see if RG can turn it around then sell when looking like a winning team.
Less chance of throwing good money after bad.
I feel bad for Jack Grealish as his decision to go for England means he won't get picked if in the lower league and could have to move.
Had he opted for Ireland he would be almost guaranteed a place in the euros next year and could have gotten off to a fantastic showcase for his career so early on.
Now all round everything looks very bleak.
Not wishing to sound crass but Merry Xmas, all the same, and here's to some better luck in the NYr...hopefully you'll wish us the same and pray we (still a massive long shot) aren't passing ships in the night at the end of the season.
I suppose someone has to put up with boring, boring...er...I mean boing, boing, baggies...will it be us, you, both or none?

Paddy. I don't hate Villa. Local rivalry and oneupmanship, that's all.
Whereas Wolves.....
