To the club, the fans and to themselves. The effort and ability that some of them have been putting into PL games this season is embarrassing. We're meant to be defending Champions for feck sake not relegation fodder.
The sooner this summer comes along the better so we can ship these good for nothings out and start afresh next season with a very different looking Chelsea side for the 2016/17 season.
Some of our players are a disgrace.

Well whatever happens. We will use the money wisely. Don't want to end up in a situation like United who ended up replacing Ronaldo with Valencia

I won't go as far as a total squad overhaul. Something's obviously wrong but we didn't win the league last season by accident. The raw quality in the squad is still pretty good, for whatever reason there's just no motivation for them.
We'll probably have to get rid of Hazard. We knew it was happening eventually, might as well be next summer. Anything from 70mil upwards is good business for him. Then utilise that investment in Hazard's replacement (ideally Griezmann if possible) and a top class CB in his mid 20s - with Terry & Cahill north of 30 that's the position within the team that requires immediate attention.
From there, we could either stick with Costa or sell him to bring the net cost down of a more complete striker (either of which is fine with me). Lose Cuardado, why the hell we bought him in the first place I'll never know. Get our money back on Remy considering Jose doesn't trust him for god knows what reason. Maybe ship Ramires if we managed to get something in the 15mil region. Unless an outlandish offer came in I'd retain Oscar for at least another season. And wouldn't even think about selling Courtois, Azpl, Matic, Fabregas or Willian.
Considering the players Jose has sold seen he came to the club as sacrifices to build this team - Mata, De Bryune, Schurrie, Luiz, Lukaku - all young players with plenty more mileage in them than he acknowledged. I'd rather sack Mourinho then break this team up altogether.
We've gone there, we've built this team now, disbanding it so quickly even given the extraordinary circumstances is senseless.

Concise ,coherent post,me old Devil.
I have othen quried how mikel or ramieres stays, and mata,de bruyne, lukaku are alowed to go,or driven out by the special one?
Jose has picked players out of form, and stuck with them, and any other chelsea coach doing so would get the flick,no question.
Cahil, ivan, and terry have lost it,or time has caught up,and matic, hazard, oscar, fabregas and costa just seem out of sorts,so a new manager is essential to get their mojo back, imo.
Zouma, both keepers,Wilian,Dave and loftus cheek look
good,so we have the potential, and Remy should get a run,to put a rocket up costa.
Time for jose to move on,and for ayers to prove they want to be at chelsea.

If they continue to perform like they are then relegation is a real possibility
-----------------
It's just not though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you honestly think that if Chelsea continue their current form until the end of the season they will avoid relegation?
The form guide here: http://www.premierleague.com/en-gb/matchday/form-guide.html
Puts Chelsea in 18th position now I may not be a rocket scientist but I'm fairly sure that 18th is one of the positions that gets relegated.
