So we're back to debating whether Jose stays or goes and for me the answer is still the same - Jose needs to stay.
For me he is still one of the best managers out there but that is not the reason. Ok let's say that he goes and we get a new manager in, then in the January transfer window that new manager will be given funds to buy new players - so why not give that money to Jose and see what he does with it.
Chelsea have been trying to comply with financial fair play and maybe that has impacted the team and Jose with who he is or isn't allowed to buy. I find it hard to believe that there wouldn't be a player out there that Jose would have been interested in over the summer but we did no real business.
Changes obviously need to be made but for me Jose is not the answer. If we give him time and money to invest in the team and there is no result by the end of the season then i'll listen more to the calls for his head but not yet, not for me
Jose has to stay

Mourinho must stay.
I love him.
It's not his fault the players won't play for him.
It was that woman Doctor, she started all this by not doing exactly what the special one told her to do.
How can you criticise a genius who has spent a fraction of the cash his rivals have?
Working miracles with a shoestring budget and brave open attacking football with six strikers and four midfielders.
The guy is a genius, sack the players!

My advice - read the pieces in the Times today by Tony Cascarino and Matthew Syed.
My opinion - Jose has been found out. The irony of that 'Specialist in failure' jibe - he hasn't got a clue how to deal with failure. He has failed to adapt or learn.
He has proved that he's not truly a football man, football was just his chosen vehicle for his motivational skills, his psychological genius and his tactical craft. But it's all hollow because in truth it's all about the glorification of Jose.
He is now a dinosaur - his cautious pragmatic approach has been overtaken by sheer dynamism and adventure.
Thanks Jose - first time around you gave us a fantastic foundation on which to build a football dynasty, but we blew it. You came back - unwisely, and now you've blown it.
Thank you for all your great work, but now you must go.

The constant fixation with Jose is a distraction from the pathetic play of some of the starters.

Jose needs that fear factor back, but there's only one thing left in his arsenal he hasn't tried.
Jose needs to get gougy. He need to start gouging some eyes.
