Fulham visit the macron today in a match which was a premier league fixure not too long ago. Old friends Andy lonergan and tim ream will be returning and hopefully with cheaper tickets today people will avoid Christmas shopping(the shops are open after work these days you know)and head down to the macron the 1st of 3 home games in the next 4. Fulham are struggling in 18th but soberingly are 10 points ahead of bottom placed Bolton. Heard one or two Fulham fans on talksport that this is a very poor Fulham team although on paper looks stronger than Bolton. Also fulham have something Bolton just do not have a natural goalscorer in Ross McCormack who has 28 goals in 65 Fulham appearances. There look to be goals in today's game. Add bolton's leaky defence added to the stat that Fulham are the championships top scorers with 34 but conceded the most with 37 conceded. Also Bolton have gone 15 games without a win, fulham 7. The stats suggest a high scoring draw. Team news. Silva, ameobi and Clayton still out. Clough and pratley should be fit to start. Late checks on the fitness of vela, heskey and dervite.

Never take your goal scorer of ,when your only one goal in front.
I hope the lesson as been learned,
Clough did 89 mins last week ,

Thats the common concensus among people I spoke too. Why take clough off? Not going to score with madine and heskey on. Then again should have closed thw game down at 2-1 but these players seem not to know how to win a game. Small league of 6 teams seem to have formed at the bottom. Need to beat Rotherham now but tough task after they beat hull today.

Benny - in Lennons defence it was only Cloughs second game in a few days, had Clough been injured Lennon would have been toast.
But Walker was on the bench as you say Heskey and Madine struggle in front of goal.
Trouble is Clough could go in January what then !!!!!

The financial problems seem to have affected the catering. Apparently no pies were available in the west upper stand after 3.30. I sneaked down just b4 ht in the north stand lower and bought one of the last 3 pies available.

1st half should've been better but we were only behind due to a bloody stupid mistake by Prince. Who then let it affect him for the remainder. 2nd half a lot better Clough did the business and I think he went off due to having 2 games in 4 days but prior to that nothing for months.
Mistake was Amos not covering futher, (my), left for the free kick. McCormack was always going to shoot despite it being from miles away.
Feeney's miss was unlucky as it bounced slightly before he arrived.

Amos To easily beaten by free kick , it came from quite a distance. He has to do better.

I think amos has been poor for a while. Think he is suffering from a lack of competition. Going to play no matter what as only competent keeper at the club yet still learning the game.

I said to the other night I'm sure Amos is a jinx he's been in there 100% of the time. I suppose asking to rest him is to prove the jinx theory is a no no.
Only 32 points off the top and 20 from a play off place we don't need Santa we need a bigger miracle to avoid the drop I don't see us getting it together and out of it.
It would do wonders all round if we could have a great escape and new good owners this season.

Just need to remember how to win. Winning becomes a habit. So does losing or drawing.
