Pedro liberated!!

I knew there was something wrong with Jose and Pedro's relationship. In terms of honesty and loyalty you would never want to be in a relationship with anyone other than Pedro. But if you treat him like garbage and in ways he doesn't deserve then Pedro will not perform well in important areas of the aforementioned relationship. I think today showed that Pedro is free and finally liberated from the hell Mourinho put him through. I hope Guus has a great relationship with Pedro and treats him how he deserves. He deserves to be happy!

I should think they all felt liberated. I know they are paid massively but they are still humans ffs.

Jose should have said beginning of this season 'Well done chaps, last season was a big effort. Now I'm lookin long term, so we will ease our way into the new season and concentrate on building a side for the future.' But no, he puts them under colossal pressure straight away with his 'win every game' intensity and his dossiers. He put them in a straitjacket on the pitch and alienated them off the pitch. No wonder they didn't respond.

But that's Jose's way and I guess he'll never change.

Players that short-change the fans because they don't like their boss are unprofessional brats, never to be forgiven.

Hec

As a thinking man, do you not think bad bosses create poor results too?

Jose tore Real apart and players hated him.

Jose was a pain to listen to after games, blaming Eva, players, refs, ball boys and everyone but the pope.

He made excuses for the spoilt brat players, took the heat off of them and what thanks did he get, they all but went on strike, fkn disgraceful team to a man.
Jose is no innocent but player power has you where you are (relegation form) not Mourinho, I hate every one of them for playing the paying Chelsea public for mugs

@Hector. He named 7 players not one or two. Is there any player not mentioned in his interview? We don't know what happened in the background for the relationship to be broken, and resulted in bad morale. Players might have questioned tactics, training etc. Same with any work situation, bad morale affects team performance. Please don't say players are paid tons of money and they have to honor fans. This is the same for JM too. They all work for the Chelsea and should be have the best interest of the club. It's sad, but Roman made the right decision.

Sorry Hec, but Essien 5 called it correctly.

I am ending my naval gazing of the rich Portugese ego today, but with only Willian and zouma performing each week, I have to question the professionalism of Jose, manager of Chelsea FC???

Jose fupped it up,and dragged players down, and now these players are like a woman with her bra and knickers aff...........free at last.
