Would he make a good manager, possibly our next one. I've had enough of Mr Phenominal Martinez complete incompetence.
He's working wonders with Lukaku, he would definately command respect from the players and no one would want to upset him for fear of being Head butted.
I think he'd make a great manager, but I'm not sure if he's done his badges

Not just yet but I'm certain it will happen once he has that bit of experience behind him. And he wouldn't talk as much garbage as Martinez as very few would understand him

I like Martinez but the criticism he gets from rival fans about not being able to build a solid defence is justified. His loyalty towards Howard is getting beyond a joke.
