Congratulations to Willian Borges da Silva (commonly known as Willian) on being voted Chelsea's Player of the Year for season 2015-16 in a hastily re-arranged contest. He obtained 45% of the the supporters vote and managed to see off a late challenge from........er......well facking nobody actually, to seal the award which is to be presented at the end of the season at Stamford Bridge.
Mention should also be made of the deeply-traumatised Asmir Begovic who had managed to cope with the extra workload after his move from Stoke and came second with 35% of the vote and Ruben Loftus-Cheek who came third with 20% of the vote. Many fans had expressed their surprise at the award to Loftus-Cheek who had only played in a couple of matches this season, although Club insiders reminded Fans that, that was actually a couple more than the rest of the squad put together.
The award for the brightest newcomer went to John Obi Mikel for his barnstorming, progressive, attacking performance and vision when he came on during Saturday's match. It is hoped that a deal can be reached with Manchester United for the release of him from their third-party ownership.
Anyway once again congratulations to all the worthy winners.

My daughter had got me a Singapore fried rice and left it in the oven - I threw it in the microwave and it gave me terrible heart burn

Shouldn't rice not be heated twice? Or have I got that wrong? I know you have to be careful to re-heat it thoroughly.
I'm off to my pit. Early start again tomoz, catch ya soon Brum
