After all hasn't he got a load of injured players coming back soon?

I would rather one signing of real quality, rather than 3 or 4 squad players who don't improve on what we already have

Debuchy might be leaving so I'd expect a RB to come as well.
Apart from that, I don't think he will do much.

Probably be a DM and a RB if Debuchy leaves.

What more are people realistically expecting? Yes we could do with a striker but are we aren't going to find better options then Giroud and Walcott in January. Not without overpaying massively, or unless something gets handed to us on a plate.

It's not FIFA, can't just going out and get 3/4 quality players in January

It won't be of real quality though it will be elneny.

I think most people expect 1 Max next month

Elneny looks like a solid squad player. He's young and could even become more than that with the right development.

I don't think we need more than 2 players. If Debuchy goes then we could just recall Jenkinson.

I think we will wait until summer and then make another marquee signing. Ozil, Sanchez, Cech. It looks like the new business model is one a season and that is a good way to go about it.
Look at United, Liverpool, and Spurs. Throwing together 8 new players every season doesn't work because there is no continuity in the side.

We won't recall Jenko. Chambers will deputise till the end of the season.
