Unless I've missed something RFB I don't think we are and couldn't be in terms of FFP. We have failed again according to the Football League so our restrictions continue as we all pretty much expected. We was under two embargo's at one point with the second being a full shutdown of transfer activity because of a pending late payment to Posh, but that was cleared

No Ray, the headlines that I have read stated clearly that we were subject to a new embargo starting in January due to our 2013/14 accounts not falling within a £8M loss. For 2014/15 and for the following two years we are allowed a max' £13M annual loss and a culmalative £39M loss over the three years.

The problem at one point was that people within the club [Fawaz'a cronies] didn't understand the rules.

RFB - it's not really a 'second' embargo, as such (ie an additional 'slice' on embargo) but an extension of the first embargo we had. Nothing has changed in terms of squad numbers that we are allowed or wages, fees we can incur for new signings.

It is the same rules/restrictions just that it applies to the latest accounts, it's not a second embargo.

I wonder if he'll be pushing for that if there is interest. Has a mixed relationship with fans after two occasions it appeared he was likely to leave and we all know he has friends/family in London
