So, it's between Arsenal and Man City and Leicester for the title and with Spurs being Spurs who will step up and get fourth?
Chelsea and Man U have the two best squads, but Man U are not pulling up trees and Chelsea...well.
Of the rest, I think Liverpool, West Ham and Spurs all have squads of near ability.
So for me there are five teams that could finish between third and eighth, good runs and luck with injuries may decide it.
So, fourth place.....anyone

Are you certain on that? I can find information that says that a team winning the UEFA cup qualifies as an additional fifth place for the Champions League, assuming they don't finish top four.
But nothing saying what would happen should a team get a place by winning C.L and not getting top four (we can't presume it the same). Equally if say Spurs win the UEFA and finish top four would that mean a Champions League place for fifth? I can't find anything that covers either of those scenarios.
Not saying your wrong BTW, just I can't find it.

Oh and my prediction?
Arsenal
Man City
Spurs
Man U
Then Leicester, Liverpool and West Ham in any order.
Top four for West Ham IS possible, with two of the established big four having poor seasons by their standards, but not likely. Now I've said that we will probably finish ninth.

Hi Sane...............................................You have shown on certain days this season, you can compete & beat top teams in the PL.
However you have suffered from injuries & your squad is possibly not strong enough in depth to sustain a challenge for the top 4.
You have some very good players, especially Payet who you might have problem hanging onto after this season, who knows.
Whilst not a big fan, Carroll is immense in the air & almost unplayable. Where I think you definitely need strengthening is in defence, do that this month & I think you might get into top 6-7.

Sane, if you look at it on wiki it should say and the footnotes will link you to the Uefa website.
If Spurs won Europa and finished fourth fifth place wouldn't get CL.

I almost understand that having read it.
So maximum of five English teams in the C.L
Actually having read it, I now think it's more likely fourth place could miss out. Anyone out of Man U, Liverpool and Spurs could win the UEFA and finish outside of the top four and Chelsea could potentially win the C.L.
So three places for positions and the two trophy teams in it then.

Yep if that happened. Realistically Chelsea will get knocked out by PSG and the English teams will struggle in the Europa.

Chelsea will probably bore PSG into submission.

Unfortunately I don't think it's as simple as the defence.
Think the defence is of a quality with the rest of the team, to really challenge we need to improve all areas. We aren't far off, but Spurs fans know how hard that last little bit to really challenge is.

PSG are a much better team than Chelsea. Providing Cavani doesn't keep bottling chances they'll win comfortably.
