I've been in Asia doing a bit of trekking and volunteering. Had intermittent Internet access, but to be honest I was enjoying a break from it all so avoided the Internet cafes.

The optimists remain optimistic, the pessimists pessimistic and the realists (moi!) believe we will reach the play-offs.

Unbeaten since the 21st November, only dropped the promotion form if home wins and away draws, with the draw at home to Leeds.

Oliveria has missed a couple of sitters that should have seen us with 4 more points. Burke is the new messiah, but has the fitness levels of an 80 year old, Cohen Comeback. Still no fecking Fox thankfully. Two new signings hopefully.

Performances haven't been the best, but we've looked solid enough. Still need a striker or an attacking midfielder. Other than that, happy days!!

I honestly think it's realistic to think we'll hit 6th. Other than Leeds we've been in play off form since 21st November. Add Gardner (proven) a left back (unproven) and a striker (hopefully). IF we keep who we want and stay injury free it's ours for the taking.
