boxing sucks now all the promoters won't match up their fighters unless they get home refs, home judges, home arenas, etc.

It'll take 6 months before the next 'big' boxing match happens while the UFC will have *another* big fight for 196

Obviously some fights will fail to entertain, boxing fans should know that better than anyone for obvious reasons. Also fighting on the floor can sound weird to most boxing fans but it's tedious to watch only if you don't really understand or appreciate the technical and skill aspect of it IMO.

I used to love boxing but since I discovered UFC it has taken a back seat... very far in the back.

There were always rules. No eye gouge, no fishook, no manipulation of small joints. The crotch shot rule rightfully came in as what type of man resorts to crotch shots in a competitive fight?
