Welcome to the unoffical FA Cup matchday thread of Town v Reading.
A repeat of the 3rd round last year.
Hopefully a better result ( and match ) to last year’s 1-0 defeat.
Town head into this game on the back of very good Christmas with 7-9 points.
A cup run would be great for the coffers & to see a big Premier league club at our place would be brilliant.
Mcdermott totally respects us & says we are very good team, but claim to have done his homework on us ( we’ll see ).
Anyhow I predict a tight 2-1 victory in front of 8,000 hardy soles..
UTT & good luck boys.

I watched the Spurs v Leicester cup tie and Spurs were phenomenal at times, their passing was fantastic.
Chilwell played very well, first time I've seen him play, I can concur with the comments about him.
Harry Kane causing pain for the Foxes and Lineker! 😉

Gutted to hear about Bowie. I was pretty much raised on the music of him and Queen. A big loss for music.

Waltz, if you flap your arms around like big bird in the box and the ball hits your hand, it's a penalty.
Great take by Kane, the pressure was on, Spurs were out if he missed the penalty.
Tricky tie away from home now too, for both Town and Spurs.

Hudson, his legs have gone, he's got to move on. Too many goals for opponents due to his errors.
I'll do the Charlton thread if no one is doing it, it will be up tomorrow morning. Is that OK?
