What happens if the English/British core isn't good enough?

There will always be an core of English players good enough. But in the past, if we didn't have them coming through, we bought them. That won't happen without a British manager I feel.

We should be looking at the likes of Kane, Stones etc... to add to the squad. My feeling is that if the likes of Guardiola was to come in, he'll automatically look abroad when wanting a new player.
