And on to Ewood

The worrying thing for me at the moment is that our players don't seem to be motivated. It's like we go from game to game, appy for a draw. Tuesday night sees Paul Lambert up against Jim/Les. Given that we're away, it's gonna be cold and possibly wet i don't see any change. But maybe Jim/Les will come up with their own inspirational starting line up and positive tactics. Ain't too much to ask people to start being competent at their jobs is it ?

Surely we should be able to see games out. Lambert made a double sub and we should ave reacted to it. Inexperienced management cost us all three points, frightened to make a decision. Then after they score we finally make a double sub when it's too late. If it wasn't so sad it would be laughable. Redknapp or Warnock would ave seen the game out, no problem.

Warnock was good for us. I would like to see someone like big sam or warnock take over

Les does not want experienced people, he's intimidated by them. So, we're stuck with "puppets" until he goes.

So usual for us. For the last 10 years at least it is always last minute goals against us.

Really? Short memories guys!

Not 'harping' RR merely making the point that contrary to the comment you won one of your biggest games in your recent history in the last couple of mins. Everyone (including Derby fans) conveniently forgets the 'good' luck but winge and moan about 'bad' luck. In my book there is chance in anything we do, it tends to balance out good and bad over all. Michael Jordan (amongst many) said "the more I practice, the luckier I get" . The league table doesn't lie, best to face up to your short falls rather than blame luck, bogey teams, bad refs or planetary alignment.

And yes, well spotted, Hull are second. Probably because they deserve it at the moment

Did I ever blame luck? You make your own luck I agree. We concede late goals because of poor management and poor players.

Oh, Wicklow i ave never bemoaned about luck one way or the other. I ave on many threads faced up to our shortcomings. So, once more for the record, our league position is down to Les and is puppets, nowt to do with luck. As T- block as already said you make your own luck, thats what experienced managers do.
