Situations such as Charlton's and ours have to be used by footballing authorities to ensure better governance in the game.
There has to be a more appropriate set of ownership tests than what we have at present.
The FL have the power to withdraw a club's share, deduct points and other sanctions, there must be a way of better managing their competition so that the fans aren't bearing the brunt of this all the time.
Prevention must be better than cure.
