You know some of you people get more and more unbelievable each season with your two-faced, fickle spouting on here. Now aside from the issue over him inevitably getting an injury, nobody had a problem with Theo being at CF. Even when he was missing chances, you lot never cared a dam because his presence was generating over 20 chances a game. Acceptance that Walcott at CF was the way forward with Ozil was so unanimous that even the staunchest Walcott hater of all (Garwood for those whom don’t know) sucked up humble pie and posted an article stating Walcott was the man for the job with Ozil. You were also most all, slating Giroud like nobody’s business, half of you wanted him out of the club. By the time the Man U game came around there’s not one of you who’d have started Giroud ahead of Walcott.
Fast forward a 3-4 months and…Well what a turn around. I’m seeing posts like “Giroud must start!" “He’s on for 30 this season." And Garwood has continued in his former vein as though his humble pie eating, high praise of Walcott, never happened. All because he hasn’t come back from injury and found form immediately. After being shifted back into a position he spent the entire first half of the season drilling out of himself…in a weakened team which is no longer playing to the strength that allows him to flourish as he did when you were all ready to kiss his ass???
Seriously I’ve been trying to think of how to put what it is I want to say but I think it’s actually best put:
WWWHAT a bunch of two-faced s!!
Some of you really are an embarrassment to Arsenal Football Club and some of the sheer class that has graced it over the years.
This Is Just Embarassing To The Club

Given that the options in context are Giroud or Walcott and the article is entitled Well Done Theo. It's pretty clear that you are talking about Theo being your preferred option upfront. Because you blatantly state you hope it stops AW spanking a tonne of cash in the window (meaning you don't see a new striker as the way forward).
I don't think anyone is going to believe you trying to back-track now.

I dont need to back track. I think every one on here knows my opinion on Walcotts footballing ability. I was just clearly stating that Giroud was poor at the time of writing. For me Theo has no attributes to play centre forward and never will.As Ive stated numerous times before he has no ball control, goes into a state of panic when ever he receives the ball and has no composure whatsoever.Anything good he produces is either lucky or confuses the defenders with a lucky deflection or he miss hits.Anyway that's the end of my Theo discussion. Just take my word never have and never will rate him. Sorry if you cant accept that.

PS Yet again you misquote me re spending as you say a tonne of cash. I actually said.
Most importantly hope it stops Wenger spending millions on that so called footballer they call Sterling. Don't want him anywhere Arsenal FC.I didnt say I didnt want another striker.
Please learn to read and stop trying to fit my statements to prove your article.

I'm not misquoting you at all. In fact, because you're trying to take back credit you gave. You are now trying to distort the context in said quote. In effect, YOU ARE DELIBERATELY MISQUOTING YOURSELF, in an attempt to cover your tracks and deny ever giving Walcott credit.
The article I'm quoting from is clearly testament to Walcott. For god's sake man, you entitled the piece "Well Done Theo." So who the hell else could you have been crediting if it wasn't him.
The statements, IN THE CONTEXT THEY WERE MADE AT THE TIME were credit to Theo. Don't try and pretend they weren't now. You're too old for that sort of behaviour.

Probably a bit harsh laying this at the door of Arsenal fans, when frankly, its football fans generally who are fickle like this...... Arsenal fans are no different in this regard to any other club, particularly top 6 clubs fans.
You can blame the constant rolling news on Sky and in the press for creating these type of fans.
Players are either world class or awful. the stages between those points went years ago.

As permanent CF ?? You're joking !
Walcott is a limited option that is injury prone and inconsistent - but he's still very useful because he brings real pace in a way that no other player in the squad does.
Nothing has changed over the years except that he has learnt to time his runs a bit better, his one-on-one finishing has improved and he is only weak on the ball instead of very weak on the ball.

OP Just to clarify I don't hate Theo.Theo appears a great and respectful guy when I listen to him on TV.I just don't think his football ability is as good as others make out. (In my opinion)

I know you don't actually "hate" him or at least I hope you don't because that'd be a bit disturbing really. You "Hate" the hype, given the limitations of the player. The hype is always annoying to bare but moreso if the player isn't even the total package.
However I think your hatred of the hype surrounding the player has always made you overly critical of the player himself. The hype has nothing to do with him, he's never courted it as such, yet for some reason you hold him to a higher standard than any other team member. In fact, Sanogo and Wilshere's injury record aside, you're barely critical of any other player.
Most of all, you massively devalue his contribution to the club and team. It was something you stopped doing on his return last summer. Though you still said you thought he was limited, you finally got what the hype was all about. You weren't even willing to give him up for Sterling.
That was a big statement, coming from you. One I respected as I know you never really thought he warranted the fuss until that point. Yet now he's come back, has played just a few games really, out of the position he finally managed to impress even you, in. You have performed a complete U-turn and began acting as though you never changed your mind, at least regarding his ability. It's one thing to criticise his form. Something else entirely to trash the player and say he can't/doesn't do things that you have blatantly already acknowledged he can/does.
