So as we get ready for the final instalment of LCFC vs Spurs this season let's cast our minds back and share your thoughts on the best LCFC FA Cup goal that you have seen.
The first one that springs to mind is is a mazy run by Julian Joachim away at Barnsley. He left 3 or 4 players on their derrières then unleashed a bullet ( I might be a tad generous here) into the top corner.
A truly superb goal that nearly made up for a god awful journey up there, no parking ( I got a ticket for dumping the car in a furniture store car park), pished it down all game and the away end was completely open and in the full force of it.
But a great goal.
PS. Let's hope we get a glimpse of Matty James tonight. If we do then he will be a welcome return to our squad for the rest of the season.

Ah yes, that cup match brings back memories. I remember us getting onto the terrace minutes before Joachim scored his cracker. Seem to recall we lost on a penalty shootout. Owen Archdeacon scored their winner if my memory is correct.

The J J goal that night was missed by quite a few,
The motorway was stationary, even missed the pre match pint.
My contribution would have to be the Late great Keith Weller at Luton. Goal of the month I believe, it may even have been goal of the season had not Mullery volleyed a stunner into our net at Fulham.

^ Reminds me of the old BBC Testcard (complete with the usual interference) when you had to twiddle with the aerial (or coat hanger).
Best goal-with the benefit of seeing it in later years after barely recalling it at the time-Ken Keyworth's diving header in the '63 FA Cup Final. What a goal.
