Not sure what to make of that. He hasn't played much...is Balanta injured?

I believe the Balanta injury was short term and he available. Jay O'Shea went off injured against Brentford and perhaps it is a bit more serious, although I think its more about getting some depth in the squad.

Glad we've signed Beevers, very good defender for 21 years old and will be good cover for MacKenzie and Doumbe (once fit). We've needed another centre back and a loan was the best option.

McNamee is a good player and hopefully with a decent amount of game time he will do well for us.

I agree with Furzdonny, i think the McNamee signing is more to do with depth then injury.

Having the likes of:

Bowditch
Powell
McNamee
Chadwick
O'Shea
Balanta

that can play wide on behind the striker are good options and means we can rest players when needed and not worry about who is going to be playing.

Good transfer window for Dons IMO.
