The board at mufc have run the club in such a suicidal fashion allowing LVG, who only has a short contract, to drastically overhaul the squad and leave it so paper thin. LVG never understood the English game when he arrived and someone in a position of influence should have took him aside and said with the 100mph game in the Premier league we needed greater numbers.
The squad LVG has assembled is expensive and has potential but we need so much more depth
A few injuries and we line up against most teams in the premiership almost inferior. When I saw the starting line-ups of the two teams I felt we had absolutely no divine right to think we should win this game. Simply put, we aren't better than these teams anymore. Prepare for years of mediocrity.

Don't worry, Giggsy will sort it all out.
But you're right, it was strange to give someone the job - and the funds - if his footballing "philosophy" was so different to where I assume the club would like to be.

To be fair he sold all the players i.e chico, RVP, Nani after his first season. So,im assuming he knew what he was doing! What a poor decision to cut down the sqyad - where the fack are his advisors???? I.e Giggs??? Will he sign any players now before transfer windows ends?
