Lucky we got anything out of that with that defensive display.
The midfield daren't attack with their usual gusto when the whole of our back 4 were looking so fragile.
Toure playing like it was an end of season dead-rubber game, de Bruyne totally off the boil and Silva looking knackered.
Thankfully we have Sergio getting back to his best - Quick note to manager, we have won all our recent games when we've played with 2 strikers (just in case you'd forgotten)

Good game, thought the ref had a shocker. Not the pen, from where I was sitting that looked legit, but generally.
The move where City hit the post for instance, the ball was still moving for the free kick which started it.
In the end his general lack of competence probably didn't change the result, but that doesn't change the fact he was crap.

not a great performance but probably a good point overall
a few positives in aguero getting better every week, delph really stepping up and the difference iheanacho made from the bench with his directness
but if we keep defending like this every week, we will be empty handed in May

It was a stone wall pen....
Otamendi cost us the points tonight... What was he doing for wh 2nd? Kelechi changed the game tho

to be fair to Otto you don't expect a winger to hurl the ball accurately 40 yards, inside a second that it went out
He motored but he was already wrong side so its too late, good goal

Either jump or follow the bounce . he did neither and put Joe in the sh1tt

Caught the first half on me break, wasn't surprised to see they had gone 2-1 up given how the last 15 or so of the first half ended.
Won't bother labouring the same points RE Yaya or Demichelis at the back - we all know the score there, and I'll pull more of my hair out if I'm fretting about that until May.
Aguero is purring again, great to see, but Silva looked well off the boil today, touch more liked Dzeko today for the half I saw than himself! KDB I guess we can excuse the odd off day as he's been quality this season so far, we just fecking hate playing away on narrow pitches though, can't deal with it.
Still in the race no doubt regardless of Arsenal's result tomorrow, but Aguero can't win us the league single handedly... Can he?

Sane (U19841)
You're wrong about the ref, TV showed he got nearly everything right. Bilic and the his players were appealing every decision, even obvious throw-ins, which is what got the crowd going. Nothing wrong with that but it doesn't mean the officials were getting everything wrong.
Watching the replay, why was Otta the only defender within 25 yards of play for their 2nd goal? We actually defended corners well but neither Clichy, Sagna or MdM would get in the team if it wasn't for injuries after that display.

I thought that myself, the crowd seemed to be getting riled up by anything, but he got most of it spot on. Only thing that was let go really was that 5hite, lazy, sums him up at the moment, Yaya tackle in the first half that should have been a foul.

I thought that but the 2nd replay showed he got a bit of the ball.

I thought he got a touch on it in real time and that he didn't on a second viewing, so now I'm not sure what to believe.
