We still have a good enough team for domestic success. Hopefully matt mckay is what weve been missing in cm. Our defence is decent(when fit). Sorted on lm with wylde n wallace. Rm naisy or ortiz. We could really have done with a striker.

Dos im no denying that we would have been selling most our players for peanuts, but that's no thr point mate. The point is that little shift phrick slavering on about spending millions and front loading the funds and spending considerably more than we thought we needed blah blah blah. It is was and always has been total shegite. Id rather he was honest. I will sign up my assets, buy a few squad fillers and only spend money if we make the cl. Honestly is the best policy, but why say all that when you can just talk phish and build up the fans hopes to sell season tickets. I feel like a celtic fan lol

The justification will be on the field, if we are successful

I live on the Wirral, so I know the Everton fans aint happy losing Arteta, but they are happy to finish above the relegation places these days so any have decent player is a God send.
Don't forget they are a fans that done an open top bus thingy to celebrate Duncan Fergueson re-signing even though first time round he only played abour 2 games for them
