The Navas incident in the league cup was not a penalty. We certainly wouldn't have been awarded it so why should you be awarded it? You can't just have a penalty for throwing yourself to the ground and then shouting at the ref.
The Sterling incident in the league, clearly a penalty and no sensible Evertonian is even denying it despite what you keep saying.
