It's come around again. What's increasingly becoming the only time of the year where being a WWE fan has any pay off what so ever has arrived once more. Simple question. What matches do you want?
For me :
- HHH (c) vs. Reigns w/The Rock for World Title
A match they can't really avoid at this point, but one that has some appeal. HHH's entrance as the champion will be cheesy, over the top, high budget awesomeness. At the pace HHH works at, the crowd will get ample opportunity to Hogan/Rock/WM18 hijack it, and the presence of The Rock being in Reigns' corner gives them another contingency plan (akin to Rollins' cash in last year) should they chicken out yet again - with Rock turning on him. If it were up to me, I'd find a way to keep it on HHH to set up a Rollins face turn in the summer with the title involved in the angle.
- Brock vs. Wyatt
A match I really didn't want, but one they definitely can't avoid now. The match which proves Lesnar was this WM's 'odd one out'. Expect nothing from the build up, anything other than Lesnar winning would be farcical, and that's all I have to say about that.
- Taker vs. Sting
Of course working on the assumption Sting is fit in time, with Cena on the shelf and Rock most likely not wrestling on the card, it's the only match Taker has (besides maybe Finn Balor if they wanted to get cute). Don't really need to sell this too much, going by Sting's performance at WM31 and Taker's extraordinary 2015 the match won't be the stinker people expect from it, but frankly that's not the draw anyway. The matches build up would carry the entire WM build up on it's back, the smoke and mirrors dynamics will be a glorious throw back to a time fans weren't so preoccupied with kayfabe, work ethic, spots, etc... match that'll steal the show regardless of how good it actually is, such is the will of so many fans to see them fight.
Probably won't happen, Taker will wind up getting someone like Owens, w/e.
- Bryan vs. Styles
Probably the two guys under WWE contract who have the greatest appeal among wrestling fans across the world who don't consider WWE to be their countries flagship wrestling company. And with WWE's concerns about Bryan's neck, thinking he's poses too much of a legal risk to wrestle a full schedule at least for the time being, not only would it be smart to book the match and capitalise on Styles' naivety factor why'll he still has it with WWE, but putting him in there with a guy whose capable of working a 'safe match' in AJ minimises said risk. If it's not at WM32, just means they're saving it for a bigger pay day.
- Ladder Match for IC Title
I have a suspicion this'll become a regular thing going forward, and no complaints from me. Guys in it this year would likely be Ambrose (c), Jericho, Sheamus, Rusev, Ryback, Ziggler & either Show or someone from NXT (and if Styles isn't wrestling solo on the card, he'd be in it and most likely win it).
- Kalisto (c) vs. Mysterio for US Title
Was extremely surprised not that they put the belt on Kalisto per say, but that they did it so close to WM. Makes me think unless he'll be thrown into the Ladder match with his character's mission being to unify the belts (which is possible given it's Kalisto in a Ladder Match), that he has some sort of WM match lined up, and the only one with any appeal to WWE's audience on a stage like this would be a returning Rey Mysterio in a one match deal. Shot in the dark, recently signed with Lucha Underground so extremely unlikely to happen but you never know.
- Charlotte vs. Sasha for Women's Title
Simple enough. If WWE managed to get Snoop involved, he along with Ric Flair will dominate the program (which is no bad thing). Either can win depending whether it's placement on the card warrants a face or heel going over. Happy days.
- Jericho vs. Owens
Strikes me as a match Jericho would be craving for, and unless they have something bigger for Owens (e.g. Taker) one WWE would throw together at the last minute. Jericho's obviously wrestling on the card, so will Owens, if neither have anything better to do they'll fight each other. Would put more money on that than Owens vs. Zayn, think they'll keep that in the holster for awhile.
Throw in Andre's battle royal thing, a tag match or two on the pre-show and there you go

It's a big papier mâché set that enables the big fat failed American footballers to chuck the skinny little Mexican midget hero fella through a wall without being sued.

Don't mind RAP. He once got four-balled by Doink the Clown and Koko B Ware. He's hated everything wrasslin ever since
