People are forgetting that Marina Granovskaia handles player transfers and not Emenalo. She probably has made the decision.

Mr C as far as I'm aware she's the negotiator when it comes to transfers. She may have some say in who we buy and sell but as Technical Director Emenalo is far more likely to have a far bigger say in which players actually come and go from Chelsea.
