Not surprising he had his head turned by the 120k a week he'll be getting at Chelsea along with Torres on his 250k.

Who cares, torres went we got a better player. Meireles goes hardly a spring chicken and we have Hendo, Spearing, Shelvey, Coady all young and ready to be given more game time.

Raul came to life only when Kenny got his hands on him. I didn't really see him and Torres strike up any sort of understanding while they played together so I'm hardly quaking in my boots about it.
I cdn understand why he wanted more money though coming into the twilight of his career and a portugese manager too. Did he play under AVB at Porto?
