This annual Arsenal bottle job that people love to go on about is a myth. I wonder how Arsenal have managed to finish inside the top four so often in that case.

Because you bottle it from being league contenders. That's how

Feck me talk about thick!!! Leicester have never won the PL but its a possibility, so its very possible you could fail to stay in the top 4, are you there yet Einstein??

I was looking at the table earlier and seeing United only five points off Arsenal, I also think United have a chance of catching them. I think March and April will slow Spurs down when they have to play West Ham A Arsenal H, Liverpool A, Stoke A, United H and Chelsea A plus European and FA cup games. A lot of points will be dropped there.
If you think about it Spurs have played nobody in the last 10 games, they've had the easiest run of any of the top teams. Norwich, Palace, Sunderland, Leicester, Everton, Watford, Norwich, Southampton, Newcastle and West Brom. Only one game against a team in the top six and they lost, at home.
In the same period we played Liverpool, Stoke, Villa, Spurs, Bournemouth, City, Liverpool, Everton, Chelsea and Swansea, with United the game before. A much tougher run of games and even though Spurs won eight, they're still five points behind.
That was their best chance to catch us and develop a gap between the rest but United are hanging in there and I reckon in March and April they could go above them.

If I was an arsenal fan I would fuming.
Easily there best chance to win the league in over a decade with city failing to be as consistent as they should and they find themselves missing out too Leicester.
Wenger really has to go.

Just because he hasn't happened since Wenger took over doesn't mean it can't actually happen. On a couple of occasions you have gotten away with it because Spurs couldn't get the job done your luck might run out this year.

I won't doubt it's our best chance for a long time. But flack me some of you guys act we've had a fully fit squad while others have had injuries and are struggling. We've missed our first choice midfield since November and only now have we started to look a bit weary. Though that wasn't the case yesterday just poor finishing and and poor team selection. If wenger can get our midfield back I.e. coquelin or ramsey with element then we should be a lot more solid and confident going forward. Not over yet.
